Before you call
What should I put in the message to get an accurate estimate?
Say what you’re seeing, in which room, and since when: the breaker that trips, the drip under the sink, the room you want changed. Add the town and whether the house is on a crawl space, slab or basement. Photos help too; Jamie can reply to your email and ask for them.
How do I send photos of the problem?
Email them to [email protected] with your name and town, or send the form first and attach them to the reply. A photo of the panel label, the water heater’s data plate or the leak itself often answers half the questions before anyone drives out.
What happens after I send the form?
The message goes straight to Jamie, and he gets back to you by phone or email to talk it through and set a time to look at the job. After that look you get the itemized estimate, with the scope, the timeline and the cost, at no charge.
What if it’s an emergency, like water pouring or a burning smell?
Don’t wait on a form. For a burning smell, sparks or smoke, leave the house and call 911. For water, close the main shutoff, keep clear of anything electrical that’s wet, then call (615) 552-8676. If you smell gas, leave and call your gas company from outside.
